Waltz Through the Pretty Streets of Vienna
Whether you’re captivated by its imperial past, artistic achievements or its modern European sophistication, Vienna offers plenty of options no matter how long you plan to visit. As the birthplace of Schubert and inspiration to Mozart and Strauss, Vienna has a history rich in music. The world-renowned State Opera puts on seasonal performances, with the official ball season kicking off in January. They say all Austrians attend a ball at least once, so practice your waltz and be ready for an evening of elegance! You can spend a day strolling through the MuseumsQuartier or jump on a tram to Belvedere Palace to see Klimt’s The Kiss. Enjoy some shopping on the trendy Graben and Kärntner Strasse, or explore the vineyards around the Danube during the warmer months.

Nice hotel with good connection into town centre, some local shops. There is a local cafe as well as a few places to eat. The carpark can get full at peak times but there is parking on the road.
The introduction of self service coffee machines appear to have led to a reduction in the amount of waiting staff but we were assured that filter coffee is still available on request.
- very close to metro station/200m away. In 15min we’ve reached Karlplatz. - parking is free of charge perfecr for people travelling by car - breakfast is as per *** standards
Vintage charm of an old hotel using real keys for the doors instead of fancy cards. Loved the linen as well as soft cushions. Cleanliness at the highest standards! This was an outstanding element which have elevated the experience even more.
There is nothing we didn’t like. We got great value for money plus much more.
Parking on site was a real draw to this hotel, especially since it was so close to the train/bus station. Very good breakfast. Front desk was very helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. It's a great value for the money. The hotel itself is an older building. But it is CLEAN. Clean is my number one priority and it is just that. The furniture is Viennese style antiques but the bathrooms are very modern and updated. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. And it is almost right across the street from the train station. Very convenient. But quiet. I am a light sleeper and never heard the trains or traffic. The staff is incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety. It's a charming hotel that is perfect for a stay outside the city. The ride to the city took about 30 to 40 minutes to get all the way to the city center. If you've ever been in Austria, you know the transportation is clean, safe, quick and efficient. No matter what time of day or night. There are markets just a couple of streets over. And a bakery. There's also a farmer's market with produce and honey every Wednesday. All within a short walk. My only slight complaint is that the mattress is very firm. But I slept well and would certainly stay there again.
